Fearless Leader and Electrician
Jonno, husband and father of 3 young men is an avid supporter and contributor to youth, veteran and aged care programs.
His band The Rising Sons and Daughters started late 2022 can be caught in brewerys and venues around Melbourne. He spent a lot of his youth growing up in Vanuatu.

Operations Manager
Emily absolutely loves a chat and builds rapport with you, the customer, over your first contact to ensure we are the right fit for you and us! She genuinely wants to ensure the service provided is exceptional and leaving you with a smile.
Emily’s background is working in commercial lighting for 5 years so working with electricians is right up her alley! Emily has a big soft spot for all our elderly clients that we service.
Em loves anything to do with water but spends most of her time at lake Eildon. Sadly a Hawthorn supporter.
Matt aka Cecil
Technician
Cecil is the original VCAL apprentice we have taken through the School based apprenticeship scheme. An absolute asset to McCartney Electrical with not only the ability to execute at a high level, a genuine level of empathy and understanding to service each and every one of McCartney Electricals’ clients at a high level.
Cecil is a very passionate Melbourne supporter, snow boarder and absolutely loves the UFC.
Holly
TECHNICIAN
H has come through the VCAL program, which is a school based apprenticeship where you study VCE 2 days a week, Trade school 1 day a week and 2 days on the tools. As a blooming female technician, she makes us proud by providing great work ethics and customer experience.
H rides dirt bikes on her weekends off and absolutely smashes it. Riding a dirt bike is a massive thing for most people however she rides Endurance which can see her on the bike for up to 3 hours at a time!
Lachlan
TECHNICIAN
Lachlan is one of our youngest technicians and is local to the Eastern suburbs, who is absolutely grabbing his opportunity with both hands to make an impact in a fast paced business.
Lachie absolutely loves following NBA and is a keen basketball player himself!
Gene
TECHNICIAN
G came to us from a diverse background, having experience in residential, commercial and solar. As our very first mature-age apprentice, he comes with the passion and will to strive for excellence – both in his quality of work and the ability to provide top notch customer service.
Gene enjoys running, diving and supports the Tigers.
Kaylene
ADMINISTRATION & BOOKKEEPING
Kay is our mother hen and does everything by the book. She is detailed oriented and takes great pride in her work. She lives in beautiful Yarrawonga and in the summer time can be found sipping on a wine at her favourite restaurant or having lunch by Lake Mulwala. She a very proud Mum and most recently, Nanna!
Toby
TECHNICIAN
T left the UK for fantastic Melbourne once upon a time; unfortunately does not follow footy. Bringing in a wealth of knowledge, Toby plays a major part in supporting all our field work. Cheeky secret, he used to be a DJ!
