Project Manager
McCartney Electrical Solutions, located in the Bayswater area, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse and dynamic projects while contributing to the growth and success of our business.
What you can expect to do:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, ensuring all aspects are executed as planned.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and updates.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Connect with clients on a humanized level, enhancing their overall experience with our company.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

What we are looking for:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the electrical or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a variety of projects, including commercial construction, fit-outs, maintenance, and installations.
